Intent
|
Design Technology is fundamental in the aesthetics and functionality of everyday objects. Everything is designed and made from the clothes we wear to the buildings we inhabit. As a department we seek to encourage our students to develop their creativity and experimentation in a safe, supporting and stimulating environment. Students explore a wide range of materials, developing their knowledge and making skills. In addition to this we offer students the chance to develop transferable skills that they can use throughout their life. |
